1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
Salt and pepper
Mayonnaise
1 hard cooked egg, sliced
1 slice American cheese
1 tsp. butter
2 slices bread

Mix raw egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Spread mayonnaise on one side of bread slices, and top one slice of bread with cheese and egg slices. Cover with other slice of bread to make sandwich. Melt butter in skillet. Carefully dip sandwich into egg mixture, place in skillet, and brown sandwich on both sides until cheese is melted.
