MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can Mexi beans
1 an chopped green chilies
1 pkg. dry enchilada mix
2 pkgs. shredded cheese mix (Colby & Jack cheese)
1 can tomato paste
Flour tortillas

Brown ground beef, drain. Add tomato paste and water to taste. Add enchilada mix, beans and chilies. Cut flour tortilla in half. Put straight sides of tortillas against sides of 13 x 9 inch pan. Put half of meat mixture on top of tortilla, put package of cheese, layer tortilla and rest of meat mixture. Top with rest of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.
