GREEK MEATBALLS | |
2 lb. chopped beef (part lamb or pork) 1 c. onion, finely grated 2 c. moist bread crumbs 2 eggs 1/4 c. milk 3 tbsp. chopped parsley 3 tsp. mint 1/8 tsp. oregano Salt and pepper Brown onion in a little butter and place in mixing bowl. Add bread crumbs with milk, meat, eggs and seasonings and blend well. Shape into tiny bite size balls, roll in flour and fry in hot salad oil. |
