PRETTY AND TASTY WEDDING PUNCH 
1 large can pineapple juice
1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, well chilled
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond flavoring

Place 1/2 cup sugar into mixing container. Add 1 teaspoon almond flavoring and pineapple juice. Stir well until sugar is dissolved. Chill thoroughly, overnight if possible. When ready to serve, pour the pineapple mixture into punch bowl, then add the chilled ginger ale.

If you want an ice ring in the bowl, make it out of ginger ale to avoid diluting the flavor of the punch.

These portions are based on generous helpings for 15 people.

This is a tasty, clear, "champagne" looking punch.
