KIELBASA APPETIZER 
2 lb. kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices
Approx 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 can pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice (save approx. 1/4 c.)
Reserve pineapple chunks

Place kielbasa in microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over meat; add 1/4 cup pineapple juice. Toss mixture until pieces are well coated. Cover bowl loosely with Saran wrap. Microwave on high approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat if necessary; until kielbasa is cooked.

Arrange kielbasa slices on your favorite tray; placing pineapple chunks uniformly. Pour remaining brown sugar sauce into small bowl. You may also serve with mustard and horseradish (use toothpicks).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
