KIELBASA AND SAUERKRAUT 
2 jars sauerkraut, drained and washed
1/4 lb. bacon, cut into sm. pieces
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. wine vinegar and 1/2 c. water
2 lbs. kielbasa, cut into serving pieces

Saute bacon until brown and add sugar and vinegar. Add water and bring to boil. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a little water and add to sauce to thicken. Set aside and put kraut and onions in baking pan and add sauce. Mix together and add kielbasa. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
