SAUERKRAUT AND POLISH KIELBASA | |
2 qt. jars prepared sauerkraut (Polish style) 2 pkgs. Kielbasa sausage 2 tbsp. garlic salt 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. onion 1/2 dried onion Cut sausage into coin shaped pieces. Mix cut sausage with sauerkraut. Add sausage drippings or bacon drippings to mix. Put in 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees. Cover first 45 minutes; uncover last 45 minutes. |
