GRANDMA'S "POLISH" KIELBASA | |
10 lb. lean pork butt 1 tsp. salt per lb. 2 tsp. sweet marjoram per lb. 1 whole garlic, minced 1 box meat casings Cut your pork butt into small cubes. Mix the salt and sweet marjoram into meat. Season with garlic according to taste preference. Grind meat in meat grinder and fill casings. |
