KIELBASA BEAN SOUP | |
1 med. potato, peeled & diced 2 carrots, sliced 1 med. onion, chopped 1/3 c. chopped celery 3 c. water 1 1/2 c. thinly sliced kielbasa 1 (10 oz.) can bean with bacon soup In large saucepan or Dutch oven, bring the vegetables and water to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, 10-15 minutes. Add Kielbasa and Bean Soup. Heat through thoroughly. Makes 6 servings. You may need to add a little more water when you add the Bean Soup. |
