BEET SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry Jello, regular size
1 lb. can of julienne beets
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
8 or 10 cloves
Water to make 2 c.
Mayonnaise
Hard boiled eggs

Pour liquid from beets and add that to the vinegar, sugar, cloves and enough water to make the 2 cups. Simmer liquid for 10 minutes. Remove cloves and let cool for a few minutes. Add beets and put in mold. Serve with mayonnaise and diced hard boiled eggs.
