CHICKEN CHIP BAKE 
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds, toasted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips. Pile lightly into baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
