BAKED CORN DISH 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornmeal
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole corn
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lg. pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and bake for 15 minutes more.
