GOOD CAKE 
1 lemon supreme cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Bake cake according to package instructions. Poke holes in top while it is hot. Pour pineapple over cake. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Toasted coconut

Add milk to pudding, let set and then add Cool Whip. Mix. Spread over cake and sprinkle with coconut.
