GOOD TO THE LAST DROP CAKE 
3 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can (8oz.) crushed pineapple in own juice
3 c. self rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients. Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam Non Stick. Pour in batter. Begin in cold oven and bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
