ZUCCHINI BREAD 
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. shortening (Crisco or butter)
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. shredded zucchini
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. crushed cloves
2/3 c. nuts
2/3 c. raisins

Add water, shortening, sugar, eggs and zucchini. Mix well. Add vanilla, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves. Stir well. Add nuts and raisins. Pour in well-greased loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.
