FANCY TUNA SALAD 
2 heads of lettuce, torn
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can ripe olives, sliced
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cans tuna fish, well drained
1 lg. sack corn chips, crushed
6 green onions, chopped

Toss all but the corn chips in a large bowl. Chill.

Prepare the dressing: 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream 1 tbsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. red pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. vegetable oil or olive oil 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend in a blender until thoroughly mixed. Add dressing and corn chips and toss well. Serve with Ritz or Club crackers. Serves 8.
