2 cans white tuna (water packed)
1/4 c. malt vinegar
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 bunch chopped green onion
1/2 c. grapes
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 c. oil and vinegar salad dressing

Put tuna in bowl and break into bite size chunks. Mix with rest of ingredients and serve on a bed of lettuce.
