FANCY JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. water
1 med. can crushed pineapple
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. Cool Whip or Dream Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat the 2 cups water to boiling, pour over Jello powder in bowl. While Jello is dissolving, heat pineapple with juice in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat. Cut cream cheese into pieces and add to pineapple, stirring to melt. When cheese is melted; add 2 cups of miniature marshmallows, stirring constantly to melt. When mixture is melted and smooth, stop stirring and remove from heat.

Add to dissolved Jello and mix thoroughly. Set to cool in refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip and chopped nuts, pour into 9 x 13 inch dish, garnish with chopped nuts if you like. Let set in refrigerator, 4-6 hours.
