TUNA ROMANOFF | |
4 tbsp. butter 3 1/2 c. Rice Chex, crushed to 2 1/2 c. 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. milk 13 oz. canned tuna 3 oz. cooked noodles 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Melt butter. Remove 3 tablespoons and mix with crushed Rice Chex. Saute onions in remaining butter. Add soup, cream cheese and milk. Heat and stir over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in noodles, tuna and 1 cup Chex crumbs. Turn mixture into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly. |
