1 pkg. Cracker Barrell cheese (room temp.)
1 lb. sausage
3 c. Bisquick

Grate cheese, mix well with sausage and Bisquick. Roll into bite size balls. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, until light brown.
