SAUSAGE-CHEESE BALLS | |
1/2 lb. mild sausage 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 2 c. Bisquick 2 tbsp. water Dash of cayenne pepper Fry sausage until crumbly and done. Drain on paper towels. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape in 1" balls. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees, on greased cookie sheet. (May be frozen and reheated or browned more if desired.) Yield: 5 dozen. |
