1 lb. pork sausage
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grate cheese and mix well with sausage in large mixing bowl. Add Bisquick and blend thoroughly. Roll into small marble size balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes. Makes about 60 balls. Use Tupperware container to store these in.
