1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. hot sausage
3 c. Bisquick mix

Let the cheese and sausage come to room temperature. Mix well the cheese, sausage and Bisquick mix with your hands. Form into walnut size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Cook in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Makes about 100.
