PARTY SAUSAGE BALLS 
1/2 lb. ground, hot pork sausage
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. Bix mix

Let sausage come to room temperature. Heat oven to 325 degrees. With hands, combine sausage and cheese together in a bowl. Add Bix mix and blend in thoroughly. Roll into little marble-sized balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Makes about 60 balls.
