PARTY MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground (chuck) beef
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. butter

In large bowl mix beef and bread crumbs together and add nonfat dry milk and water. Mix again until all together. Add garlic salt, onion salt, paprika and Tabasco sauce. Mix well together. Roll out into small bite size pieces. Melt butter in skillet and brown meat balls. Makes about 40 balls.
