SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot sausage
3 c. Bisquick
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz
1/4 c. milk

Mix Bisquick, Cheez Whiz, milk and sausage. (Crumble sausage raw.) Do not brown. Form mixture into balls the shape and size of a walnut.

TIP: Set cookie sheet and balls in refrigerator until the pan feels cold, this prevents spreading.

Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. May be prepared ahead of time, frozen and baked as needed.

TIP: I bake them all, cool and store in zip lock bags in refrigerator and open bag slightly and microwave 2 to 3 minutes to reheat.

Should they spread, just call them sausage biscuits.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
