VELVET CRUMB CAKE 
CAKE:

2 2/3 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk

TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. crushed pecans

Mix Bisquick and sugar together, blend in 2 eggs, slightly beaten, vanilla, melted butter then add milk and whip until smooth. Grease and flour 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

TOPPING: Mix melted butter and brown sugar. Add milk and crushed pecans. When cake is done pour on topping. Place cake back in the oven, put oven temperature on broil for 2 minutes. Remove cake and let cool for about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
