APPLESAUCE GRANOLA BREAD 
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1 c. granola
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. dried apples, chopped (optional)
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans. Pour applesauce over granola. Let sit 10 minutes. Add butter, eggs and sugar, mix well. Add dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Add fruit and nuts and mix lightly. Pour into pans and bake 45 to 60 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, remove from pan.
