HOT DOG CHILI 
3 lbs. lean ground beef
3 to 4 tsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 shakes hot sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion
1/4 chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) glass water

Brown meat in large pot; add above ingredients except tomato sauce, glass of water, and flour-water mixture. Add tomato sauce, glass of water, then flour-water mixture. Bring to a boil, cut down heat, and simmer 2 hours. After cooling, put in butter tubs and freeze.
