1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 c. tomato juice
3 1/2 oz. tomato catsup
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. mustard

Cook ground meat in skillet until done. Drain grease. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower temperature and cook until thick as desired.
