1 box of Duncan Hines butter golden cake mix
1 lb. ricotta cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix cake mix according to directions on box. Pour into ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Beat eggs, add sugar, add ricotta cheese and vanilla. Beat well. Pour over cake mix batter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. After allowing to cool, keep refrigerated. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
