BROCCOLI-CORN CASSEROLE
(MEATLESS)
 
1 can cream style corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. diced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Mix together cream style corn, broccoli, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Put in buttered casserole. Top with cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoon butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm.
