BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices decrusted bread, cut in cubes
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. mild bulk sausage, cook and brown slightly, then drain, crumble and cool
6 eggs, beat well and add the following
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Spread bread cubes in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle on sausage and cheese. Pour seasoned egg mixture over all.

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let set 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. Can be made day ahead and baked just before serving.
