PIZZA 
1 pkg. yeast
4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano

TOPPINGS:

1 can pizza sauce
4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Pepperoni, green peppers, onion, black olives, and other toppings of your choice

Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Heat water to 120-130 degrees. Pour into dry mixture. Knead dough for 5-8 minutes. Shape into ball, place in greased bowl, and let rise for about 1 hour until double in size. Knead again for about 4 minutes. Separate into 2-3 balls and spread on pizza pans. Divide sauce and cheese evenly and spread over dough. Add toppings of your choice and bake at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes or until bottom is done.

NOTE: Use a candy thermometer to test water and the flat part of your fists to spread dough into pizza or cookie pans.
