OVEN BARBECUED RIBS 
4 lbs. country ribs
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. honey
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Bake ribs at 325 degrees for 1 hour, drain off fat; mix sauce ingredients and pour over meat, reduce heat to 300 degrees. Bake for 1 hour longer, basting frequently.
