ZUCCHINI SALAD 
2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
2 c. cauliflower
1/4 to 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, red is best
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped olives, optional
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped green pepper

Combine 2 tablespoons salad oil with 1 cup Ranch style dressing. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon dill weed and stir before adding to vegetables.

Radishes, lettuce, or cooked green beans blend well into this salad also.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on before serving. Makes a fairly large salad.
