ZUCCHINI PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime flavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/8 tsp. salt
1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. shredded zucchini

Pour boiling water on gelatin, stir until dissolved. Stir in cold water, salt and pineapple. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Stir in zucchini. Pour into mold. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold.
