SWEET AND SOUR ZUCCHINI SALAD 
2-2 1/2 sm. zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 c. wine vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery

Soak soup mix in wine vinegar. Combine, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, cider vinegar, green pepper and celery. Add soup mix and zucchini. Stir occasionally. Chill 4-6 hours. Drain before serving. Keeps 3-5 days well.
