2 1/2 c. cold milk
3 oz. chocolate
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Baked pie shell

Scald milk with chocolate; sift flour, cornstarch, sugar, and salt together twice. Cook until thick; add yolks, flour, and butter.

ICING:

8 tbsp. sugar
4 egg whites
