VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. cauliflower
1 pkg. brussel sprouts
1 pkg. broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 can onion rings

Cook vegetables in salt water according to directions. Put in casserole dish. Cover with soup, 1/2 can water, cheese, put onion rings on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
