DRESSING FOR POTATO SALAD | |
1 c. sugar 1 rounded tbsp. flour or cornstarch 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. mustard (powdered or prepared) 1 egg 1/4 c. vinegar 3/4 c. water Mix sugar, flour, salt and egg. Then add mustard, vinegar and water. Cook until thick. Cool. Store in refrigerator in covered jar. This can be used for other vegetable and lettuce salads also. |
