HAMBURGER QUICHE | |
1 (9 inch) raw pie shell 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 c. mayonnaise (can use lite) 1/2 c. milk (can use 2% or less) 2 eggs 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese of your choice 1/2 c. chopped onions Pepper to taste Brown meat and onions, drain. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese and pepper. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. I sometimes use a deep dish frozen crust, also can add 1 cup of frozen broccoli, green beans or mixed vegetables. Makes a complete meal with a salad. |
