20 oz. pkg. chocolate Oreo cookies
2 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1/4 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
16 oz. Cool Whip

Mix all together except cookies. Grind up cookies in processor. Layer cookies on bottom of dish, then pudding mixture, next cookies. Repeat layers, ending with cookies on top. You can put artificial flowers on top because it looks like dirt. Take flowers off when serving.
