OREO CAKE 
1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
2 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lg. (16 oz.) can chocolate pudding (Thank You brand)
3 sticks butter
3 c. milk (if used instant chocolate pudding mix)

Crumb cookies in 9x13 inch pan. Melt butter and pour over crumbs. Press in pan and set in refrigerator for 1 hour. Melt 1 Cool Whip and cream cheese. Mix in sugar. Spread over the cookie mixture.
