STUFFED FRENCH BREAD 
1 loaf French bread
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
4 oz. butter (softened)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can tuna
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice (more or less if you like)

Take one loaf of French bread and cut off ends of loaf. Cut loaf in half and hollow out the two sections of bread. Save bread pieces from center of loaf.

In separate bowl combine bread pieces, cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, tuna, chopped onions and lemon juice.

Stuff bread mixture into the two sections of French bread and seal with plastic wrap. Freeze stuffed bread. When ready to eat, leave at room temperature for 30 minutes. Cut before serving.
