FRUIT PIZZA #2 
1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
4 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. orange juice
Dash of salt
Assortment of fruits
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

FRUITS: Peaches, grapes, pineapple, cherries, strawberries, or bananas.

Spread out cookie dough on lightly greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Cool. Blend cream cheese and Cool Whip. Spread over baked cookie. Mix orange juice and water and boil for 1 minute. Spoon over fruit. This seals the fruit and keeps it from discoloring. Chill.
