ANITA'S BOILED SHRIMP 
1 1/2 gal. water
2 bags crab boil
1 lg. onion
1/4 c. salt
3 cloves garlic
2 sliced lemons

Bring all ingredients to a full boil for 5 minutes. Turn heat down low and let mixture simmer for 10 minutes. Add 5 pounds deheaded shrimp or 7 pounds with heads. Boil 10 minutes; then drain. I like to serve them hot but if preferred cold, they may be chilled or covered with crushed ice.
