BLUEBERRY OR CHERRY BARS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar

Cut butter into flour and sugar like pie crust. Set aside 1 cup of mixture and press the rest into bottom of 9"x13" greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Spread can of cherry or blueberry pie filling over crust.

Mix 3/4 cup coconut with reserved crust mixture and sprinkle over pie filling. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until light brown. Cool; cut into bars.
