CHOCOLATE CHERRY BAR CAKE 
1 box devil's food cake mix
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 tbsp. almond extract
2 eggs, beaten

In large bowl, put cake mix, cherry pie filling, extract, and eggs. Stir the mixture by hand until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 10 x 15 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

ICING:

1 c. granulated sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate bits

In a small saucepan combine sugar, butter, and milk. Heat to boiling. Boil about 3 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Pour over warm cake. Cut into bars.
