2 boxes powdered sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Green food coloring to tint

Mix together and chill. Roll in balls and flatten. Chill. Melt large package chocolate chips together with 1/2 cake paraffin. Dip mints in chocolate and chill until ready to use.
